You may submit a game only if you created it or are authorised to open a potential distribution discussion on behalf of the relevant creator, publisher or rights holder. Your declaration does not replace later verification.
What the form does
A submission asks Nelfe Play to assess possible fit. It does not guarantee a reply, selection, publication, price, territory or launch date. No distribution, reproduction, adaptation or promotional right is granted through the form.
What to send
Provide a concise description and a public or controlled-access link. Do not send confidential source code, builds, identity documents, contracts, private keys or unreleased assets through this first-contact form. A safer channel will be agreed if review continues.
Accuracy and third-party rights
Information must be accurate and must not unlawfully include personal data, copyrighted material, trade secrets or marks belonging to a third party. You remain responsible for the content you submit.

Publication can occur only after a separate written agreement defines the rights chain, territories, term, files, media, updates, pricing, remuneration, taxes, withdrawals, existing-customer access and any APIExpose or ScreenScraper permissions.
