The site presents the Nelfe Play project, its intended product principles and ways for players and professional partners to express interest. The store, user accounts, payments, downloads and commercial licences are not yet active.
Information and availability
We aim to keep published information accurate and dated. Roadmap descriptions are intentions, not guarantees that a feature, game, price, territory or launch date will become available. We may update or withdraw pre-launch content.
Acceptable use
You must not interfere with the service, bypass security, submit unlawful or misleading material, impersonate another person or use the forms for unsolicited promotion. Automated extraction that degrades the service is prohibited.
Rights and third-party content
Use of the site grants no ownership or licence over Nelfe Play materials or third-party games and marks beyond ordinary viewing of the pages. External links are provided for context and remain under their operators’ responsibility.
Future commercial terms
Before any sale, Nelfe Play will publish separate consumer sales terms, player licence information, refund rules and the identity and role of the payment seller. Creator distribution and professional use will be governed by separate agreements.
Law and language
These terms are governed by French law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country. The French text is the controlling version; this English translation is provided for convenience.
